The Kraken Mai Tai

In the Polynesian Islands, where The Kraken is revered as a malevolent deity, the Mai Tai is prepared and poured into the ocean as a sacrifice before long voyages.

INGREDIENTS

2 parts The Kraken® Black Spiced
0.5 parts Orange Curaçao
0.75 parts Lime Juice
0.25 parts Orgeat
0.25 parts Ginger Syrup

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except The Kraken in a shaker. Add crushed ice and shake. “Dirty dump” into a large rocks glass, and top with crushed ice. Finish the drink by topping with The Kraken. Garnish with mint sprigs and freshly grated nutmeg.
