0.5 parts Campari
1 part carrot juice
1 part pineapple juice
0.5 parts lime juice
0.25 parts simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into large rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
